HAVIN – Provides services to survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault

ARC Manor – Provides effective addiction treatment and education to help improve the quality of life and health of individuals, families, and communities

Armstrong County Housing Authority – Offers affordable housing in a safe environment for Armstrong County’s low- to moderate-income seniors, persons with disabilities, and families with children.

Armstrong-Indiana Mental Health – Provides administrative oversight on the Mental Health, Intellectual Disabilities, and Early Intervention systems for Armstrong and Indiana Counties

Careerlink of Armstrong County – Provides an array of employment and training services. Some services include job counseling, testing and assessment, resume preparation assistance, interview training, personal and financial counseling, health care, and more.

Children, Youth, and Family Services of Armstrong County – A public child welfare agency that is dedicated to protecting children from abuse, neglect, or exploitation.

Armstrong County Community Action – Assists individuals with such concerns as food bank, housing, medical transportation, education, mentoring youth, weatherization, child care information, and more

Department of Public Welfare – Serves low-income Pennsylvanians through cash assistance programs, such as TANF; employment and training programs; the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program; home heating assistance; and assistance programs for refugees and the homeless.

Family Counseling Center of Armstrong County – Provides mental health and intellectual disability services to residents of Armstrong County

 

Clarion County

Clarion and Jefferson Counties Community Action – Provides support and programs for low-income individuals in Jefferson and Clarion Counties

SAFE – Clarion County Domestic Violence Agency and Shelter

Clarion County Assistance Office – Provides services to low-income individuals such as income maintenance, employment and training programs, and housing assistance

Clarion County Children and Youth Services – Provides services to children who are victims of abuse and neglect

Clarion County Area Agency on Aging – Provides services to senior citizens of Clarion County

Misty Isle Bridges – Provides family-based counseling and Behavioral Health Rehabilitation Services

 

Indiana County

Alice Paul House  – Provides shelter and services for victims of domestic violence

Indiana County Community Action Program – Provides a variety of services to low-income residents of Western Pennsylvania

Indiana County Department of Public Assistance – Serves low-income residents through cash assistance programs; employment and training programs; the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Programs; home heating assistance; and assistance programs for refugees and the homeless

Community Guidance Center – Provides high-quality comprehensive Mental Health, Drug and Alcohol, Intellectual Disability, and Early Intervention services

Westmoreland Community Action – Provides a variety of programs and services to aid thousands of families and individuals in Westmoreland County, PA

Westmoreland Casemanagement and Supports, Inc. – Provides services for individuals impacted by intellectual and behavioral health issues

Alle-Kiski Hope Center – Provides services for victims of domestic violence, primarily in the Alle-Kiski region

The Blackburn Center – Provides services for victims of domestic abuse and violent crime, primarily in the Greensburg region

Private Industry Counsel – Assists youth, adults, dislocated workers, and the economically disadvantaged in reaching their educational goals, supporting their family growth, and obtaining training and employment

SPHS Behavioral Health – SPHS system includes aging programs, family planning services, health care, mental health treatment, substance abuse treatment, homeless assistance, and family support services
